Telecaller / Sales Executive – K M & N Media LLP

K M & N Media LLP is looking for a confident, persuasive, and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through provided leads, online platforms, databases, and market research.
Make outbound calls to introduce KM & N Media LLP’s services.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into clients.
Schedule meetings for senior team members whenever required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.




Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Share regular updates on sales activities and progress.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Confidence in handling calls, objections, and follow-ups.
A target-oriented attitude with valuable interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
