Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Hygiene Executive to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our café outlets. The role involves regular outlet visits, monitoring hygiene practices, implementing improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained across all café outlets
Conduct regular and continuous visits to different outlets for hygiene inspections
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in hygiene, food safety, or food service operations
Monitor food handling, storage, kitchen sanitation, and personal hygiene practices
Identify hygiene gaps and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and implement strategies and ideas to improve outlet hygiene standards
Conduct hygiene audits and submit reports to management




Train outlet staff on hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety best practices
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve hygiene-related issues

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in BSc Food Technology, BSc Hotel Management, or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to travel frequently between outlets
Valid driving license and Two wheeler (mandatory)
Good observation, reporting, and communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
