Job Title: Process Engineer – Seating Division

Location: Lalru, Punjab (Ambala–Chandigarh Highway)

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience: 3–6 years in manufacturing, preferably in automotive seating, railway seating, or seat assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for seating products.
Prepare process flow charts, SOPs, work instructions, and routing documents.
Improve productivity, cycle time, and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and PPC teams.
Identify process bottlenecks and reduce rejection, rework, and wastage.
Support recent product development, process trials, and production line setup.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and shop-floor safety requirements.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in automotive/railway seating manufacturing, seat assembly, fabrication, and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
