Job Overview

looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, generate business enquiries, and support the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate enquiries.
Explain the company's lift products and services to interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and collect relevant details.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details,



and enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads.
Work towards daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
Must be willing to work from the office at Nungambakkam, Thousand Lights, Chennai. Or Teynampet, Chennai.
