A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff, inventory, and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities
Staff Management:
Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules store associates and supervisors.
Conducts performance evaluations, motivates the team, and handles conflict resolution.
Manages staff attendance, payroll inputs, and shift rotas.
Sales & Performance:
Drives the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value (ATV) and conversion rates.
Analyzes customer buying trends and local market prospects.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Tracks stock levels, places purchase orders with suppliers, and manages deliveries.
Reconciles daily cash and inventory counts to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
Handles damaged goods, returns, and product displays

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
