ob Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding vehicle sales and enquiries.
Follow up with potential customers and generate leads for recent vehicle sales.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, offers, and finance options to customers.
Schedule test drives and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and update enquiry details in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Inform customers about new models, promotional offers, and exchange schemes.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and resolve their queries promptly.
Prepare daily call reports,



lead reports, and follow-up records.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
Customer-focused attitude and a positive approach.
Previous experience in automobile sales or customer care will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
