Job Responsibilities:
Operate cylindrical grinding machines for internal and external grinding operations, as applicable.
Grind shafts, bushes, pins, rollers, and other cylindrical components.
Set up workpieces using centers, chucks, and suitable fixtures.
Perform grinding wheel dressing and machine setup.
Achieve required diameter, roundness, concentricity, and surface finish.
Inspect components using outside micrometers, dial gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Maintain machine condition, workplace cleanliness, and safety standards.
Required Skills:
Experience in cylindrical grinding machine operation.
Knowledge of internal and external grinding processes.
Understanding of dimensional tolerances and surface finish.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
