Job Title: Service staff– Service & Operations

Location: Friyo, Indiranagar, Bangalore
Salary: ₹21,000–₹26,000/month
Experience: 1–7 years in cafés, QSRs, dessert shops or restaurants

Job Description:

Friyo is a premium frozen Greek yogurt and açaí soft-serve brand. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, explain the menu and take orders.
Handle POS billing (Petpooja) and payments.
Prepare and serve soft-serve desserts with toppings.
Assist with kitchen prep, fruit cutting, sauces and mixes.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, dishwashing and store upkeep.
Support opening/closing duties and inventory management.




Work collaboratively across counter, kitchen and service.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge.
Willingness to multitask and learn.
Prior café, QSR or kitchen experience preferred.
