Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
Manage payment collection follow-ups with customers and dealers.
Monitor outstanding payments and maintain receivables records.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare outstanding reports, ageing reports, and collection statements.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and invoicing.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related activities.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding pending payments and customer accounts.

Required Skills:
4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and collection follow-up.
Valuable knowledge of accounts receivable and outstanding management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to meet collection targets.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
