Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, requests for quotation (RFQs) and purchase orders (POs) for solar EPC projects.
Source and procure solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, earthing and lightning protection materials, junction boxes, BOS items and other project materials.
Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers; maintain an updated vendor database.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the projects, design and site teams to understand material requirements, specifications and project timelines.
Track orders, follow up with vendors and ensure timely dispatch and delivery to site.
Verify material received against POs,



delivery challans and invoices; coordinate for quality checks and resolve discrepancies, shortages or damages.
Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor invoices, payments, GST compliance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
Maintain accurate procurement records, material tracking sheets and project-wise purchase reports.
Monitor market prices and trends in solar components and share cost-saving prospects with management.
Handle warranty documentation, vendor claims and after-purchase coordination where required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
