Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily online store operations, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms and improving the overall online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Handle daily online orders, processing, and order fulfilment.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
Track orders, shipments, and delivery status.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
Manage product returns, refunds, and exchange requests.
Monitor product pricing, discounts, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate product and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of online marketplace and e-commerce platforms.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of product listing and order management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho or similar platforms.
Knowledge of product catalogue management.
Understanding of inventory and order management systems.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions.
Experience in handling customer queries and returns.
