Job Responsibilities
Manage and organize all incoming leads in the CRM.
Ensure every lead is assigned the correct status and updated regularly.
Monitor pending leads and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
Identify missed calls, untouched leads and overdue follow-ups.
Allocate leads to the relevant sales executives and monitor their progress.
Follow up internally with sales executives to ensure no lead is missed or neglected.
Maintain accurate customer details, call notes and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Prepare daily reports on total leads, pending leads, follow-ups and lead status.
Identify duplicate leads and maintain a clean, organized database.
Coordinate with management to resolve lead management issues and improve the process.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and data management.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to monitor tasks and ensure timely completion.
Previous experience in CRM or lead management is preferred.
Key Performance Expectations
All leads must be properly recorded and updated.
No lead should remain unattended or without an appropriate status.
Follow-ups must be tracked and overdue tasks escalated.
Daily lead reports must be accurate and submitted on time.
Significant: This role is primarily responsible for managing, tracking and coordinating leads to ensure the lead management process works smoothly. It does not involve direct sales targets or require working in Australian time zones.
