Role and Responsibility:
Understanding the client's HR requirements.
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Sourcing and screening of different requirements through Job Portals and social media sites.
Conducting initial interviews.
Negotiating job offers with successful candidates
Responsible for interacting with candidates, initial screening, taking telephonic interviews, shortlisting them, and scheduling interviews.
Following up on the interview process status.
Email communication with clients.
Negotiating salary and joining dates
Complete the joining formalities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
