Social Media Manager
Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 5–10 Years

ROLE SUMMARY :
Own and grow the company's digital presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, building a robust B2B brand image and leading the Founder's personal branding. This role needs a seasoned skilled who can lead the team, set the social media strategy, run content independently end to end, and report on its business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Own the social media strategy and quarterly content roadmap for LinkedIn & Instagram
Create high-impact content: event highlights, case studies, brand storytelling and thoughtleadership posts
Lead the Founder's personal brand through ghostwriting, positioning and a consistent voice
Build and manage the content calendar, aligned with events, campaigns and business goals
Collaborate with the events and client servicing teams to turn activations and client work into content and case studies




Lead and mentor the content / design team and freelancers; review all output for quality and brand consistency
Track, analyse and report performance (engagement, reach, growth, lead impact) with monthly insights and recommendations
Oversee website content updates and keep brand messaging consistent across all channels

Design: Canva / Adobe Express
Scheduling: Buffer / Hootsuite / LinkedIn Scheduler
Analytics: LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights
AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini (daily usage expected)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
