Counsel students and parents regarding domestic and international education opportunities, including MBBS and other academic programmes.
Explain course details, university options, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and documentation requirements.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into successful admissions.
Verify student documents and coordinate with the documentation team to ensure timely processing.
Maintain accurate student records, lead status, follow-ups, and counselling updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with universities, admission teams, and internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve monthly counselling, lead conversion, and admission targets.
Support junior counsellors through guidance, knowledge sharing, and counselling best practices.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission progress.
Maintain skilled communication and build solid relationships with students and parents.




Ensure all information shared with students is accurate, transparent, and aligned with company policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a relevant academic or management qualification is preferred.
Previous experience in academic counselling, education consulting, student admissions, or study abroad services.
Solid knowledge of student counselling and admission procedures.
Experience handling student enquiries and achieving admission targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Leadership skills and the ability to guide junior counsellors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
