Location: Kochi, Kerala

AKAB FABRICS is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, maintain customer records, and coordinate timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries by phone, messages, and in person.
Explain product information clearly and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates.
Coordinate order and delivery updates with the relevant team.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
A polite, helpful, customer-focused approach.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain organised records.
Ability to coordinate with colleagues and follow up consistently.
