Position: Machinery & Tool Room In-Charge

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a technically skilled, organized, and responsible Machinery & Tool Room In-Charge to manage workshop tools, equipment, and machinery while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the inventory, storage, issuance, and return of workshop tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of tools, machinery, and equipment movement.
Ensure the availability of tools and equipment for daily workshop operations.
Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and arrange timely maintenance.
Conduct regular stock verification and report missing, damaged, or defective tools.
Coordinate with service technicians and workshop teams for tool requirements.
Ensure proper calibration, handling, and secure storage of tools wherever applicable.
Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and discipline in the tool room.
Coordinate repairs, replacements, and procurement of tools and equipment.




Prepare periodic inventory and maintenance reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in tool room management, machinery handling, or workshop inventory control.
Basic technical knowledge of automotive workshop tools and equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valuable record-keeping and inventory management abilities.
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
Experience in an automobile dealership or service workshop will be an advantage.
