Core Responsibilities1. Technical Execution & Planning
Read and analyze architectural drawings, structural plans, sections, and elevations.
Oversee daily construction activities performed by workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Manage the delivery and allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce.
Monitor daily work against master schedules and record progress in Daily Progress Reports .
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (such as OSHA or local guidelines) and mandate proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with local authorities, municipal inspectors, and utility boards to maintain legal compliance.
Liaise regularly with project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and clients.
Troubleshoot in office technical discrepancies or delays immediately with design consultants.
Record Keeping: Maintain site diaries, material stock logs, variation orders, and as-built documentation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
