Company Type: Marketing & Event Agency ( 17 years old company)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Experience: Min 5 years experience in HR management, particularly recruitment and people management

Salary: 3L - 4.5L as per experience and suitability.

Candidate Preference: FEMALES ONLY

Key Requirements:-

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.-

Excellent people management and employee relations skills.-

Ability to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs,



and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience in attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.

Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to manage a agile, rapid-paced work environment and work closely with management.

Prior experience in marketing or event or a similar service-oriented industry will be an added advantage. Please ensure that the candidates have robust practical HR experience and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
