Job Description
Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process
Detailed understaning on visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC
countries.
Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy above listed regions for all the visa
categories
Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy
Guide visa applicants on the Consulate / Embassy requirements visa submissions
Co - ordinate with implants, collection / submission of visa applications
Preparation of covering letter / support letter for the visa application.
Maintain visa documents for repository, update inte rnal visa system for MIS and reports
Expectations
Very valuable communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and self - starter
Valuable knowledge on visa process for USA, EMEA and APAC region is mandatory
Should be able to work on Excel and create reports
Prior experience as visa executive in corporate company
Valuable team player with ability to collabrate with different teams
