Vandana Ispat is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at its steel plant in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in steel plant construction, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
Execute and monitor RCC work, foundations, structural work, flooring, and other civil construction activities.
Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Inspect construction materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and construction resources.
Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.




Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption details.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution within the steel sector.
Mandatory experience in steel plant construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, concrete work, and construction drawings.
Positive contractor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior steel plant construction experience only.
Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
Strong focus on quality, safety, and project timelines.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
