Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage daily billing activities, prepare invoices, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams. The candidate should have positive knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and basic accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate sales invoices, bills, and credit notes as required.
Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and other billing documents.
Maintain accurate billing records and update data in the company system.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams regarding billing-related issues.
Check invoice details, quantities, rates, taxes, and other charges before issuing invoices.
Maintain daily billing reports and prepare periodic summaries.
Follow up on pending invoices, payments,



and outstanding amounts when required.
Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and supporting documents.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all billing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related work preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of billing software or ERP systems.
Basic understanding of GST, tax invoices, and accounting procedures.
Valuable numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
