Sales Executive – Cables & Wires / Electrical Products | Polycab Distributor | Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Ashoka Enterprises India, an authorized Polycab distribution and trading company based in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to manage field sales, dealer/distributor relationships, and business development for cables, wires, and electrical products.

Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Polycab cables, wires, and related electrical products.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with electricians, contractors, dealers, retailers, builders, and institutional customers.
Identify new customers and expand the company’s customer base in the assigned Delhi/NCR territory.
Conduct regular market visits, generate enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into orders.
Promote Polycab products, explain product advantages, and support customers with basic technical/product information.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, stock availability, dispatch, billing, and after-sales support.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts.




Ensure timely payment follow-up and support recovery of outstanding dues where required.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates from a cables and wires background will be preferred.
Candidates from the electrical industry—such as switchgear, lighting, fans, electrical accessories, conduits, or related products—may also apply.
Must have completed relevant sales, marketing, electrical products, cable & wire, or field-sales training/course.
Valuable knowledge of Delhi/NCR markets, electrical dealers, contractors, and retail channels is an advantage.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for field visits.Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience selling Polycab, Havells, RR Kabel, KEI, Finolex, or other cable and wire brands.
Experience handling distributors, dealers, electricians, contractors, and retail counters.
Familiarity with B2B and channel sales in the electrical products segment.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular field work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
