Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
Supervise welders, fitters, fabricators, and other shop-floor employees.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, fitting, welding, drilling, and assembly.
Ensure product quality and coordinate with the Quality Control team.
Coordinate with stores, maintenance, dispatch, and other departments.
Monitor material consumption, wastage, and machine utilization.
Maintain daily production reports and manpower records.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
