MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our E-commerce platform and Offline Hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online and offline sales.
Plan and execute promotional offers, discounts, combo offers, seasonal campaigns and customer schemes.
Develop strategies to increase customer footfall and sales at the hypermarket.
Plan marketing campaigns to increase online orders and customer engagement.
Manage and coordinate digital marketing, social media promotions and advertising campaigns.
Identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
Plan campaigns for festivals, special occasions, product launches and promotional events.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations and Purchase teams to plan effective offers and promotions.
Monitor campaign performance, sales results and marketing ROI.
Develop ideas for customer acquisition, retention and loyalty programs.
Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies and other marketing partners when required.




Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets and performance reports.
Take responsibility for achieving marketing and sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, supermarket, e-commerce or FMCG.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Experience in planning and executing sales promotions and offers.
Valuable understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Solid communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse sales and campaign performance.
Creative, proactive and target-oriented approach.

Salary: 25000
