Trainer, Bus Body Building Manufacturing
Experience: 5–6 years in direct bus body building manufacturing.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Welding, Fabrication or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, painting, assembly and other bus body manufacturing processes.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing shop-floor teams across welding, painting and other production lines.
Training Experience: Prior experience in training workers and technicians is preferred.
Conduct practical shop-floor training, develop workforce skills, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, reduce rework and improve productivity.
Preferred Candidate: An experienced bus body manufacturing skilled with solid technical knowledge, shop-floor leadership skills and a flair for training manpower.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
