Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist customers entering the jewellery showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items.
Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality, weight, and pricing.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure items are properly arranged.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Meet monthly or daily sales targets set by the store.
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and current collections.
Ensure the safety and proper handling of high-value jewellery items.
Support inventory checks and stock management.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.




Sales and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer or billing software knowledge.
Trustworthy and responsible attitude.

Qualifications
Any degree is an added advantage.
Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions
Work in jewellery showroom or retail store.
Will need to assist in marketing activities with store team members when required.
Weekend and festival work may be required due to high customer demand.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
