Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute horticulture and landscaping activities as per project requirements.
Supervise plantation work, landscaping, and overall site development.
Possess valuable knowledge of plant species, plant selection, and site-specific plant requirements.
Manage labour, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and work quality.
Handle and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project completion.
Have knowledge of fertilizers, soil preparation, nutrient management, and plant protection.
Understand drip irrigation systems, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Monitor plant health, irrigation schedules, and overall plantation survival.




Maintain daily work progress reports and coordinate with project management.

Required Skills:
Practical experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plantation site execution.
Valuable plant identification and maintenance knowledge.
Robust labour management, team handling, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of fertilizers, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices.
Ability to plan site activities and complete work within project timelines.
Willingness to work at project sites in Surat.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
