Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling – Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and social media.
Package Planning – Prepare itineraries and customize tour packages.
Quotation & Pricing – Calculate package costs, prepare quotations and maintain profit margins.
Booking Management – Arrange flights, hotels, transportation and sightseeing.
Sales & Follow-ups – Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Customer Support – Assist customers before, during and after their trips.
Daily Reporting – Update enquiry records, booking status, payments and sales reports.

Accuracy in bookings and documentation.
