Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth

○ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the North region.

○ Identify and explore recent business opportunities, including dealers, distributors, and B2B clients.

○ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales strategies.
Dealer & Distributor Management

○ Build and maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

○ Onboard and train current dealers/distributors to ensure alignment with company standards and sales

processes.

○ Track performance of dealers and distributors, providing support and motivation to achieve sales

targets.
Team Leadership & Coordination

○ Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

○ Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

○ Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely

deliveries.
Sales Reporting & Analysis

○ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.





○ Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.

○ Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management

○ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly.

○ Foster long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the North region.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Proven experience in sales of Solar, EPC or Lithium/Lead Acid Batteries.

● Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks and sales strategies.

● Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

● Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

● Result-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
