Key Responsibilities & Duties
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date, accurate daily accounting records and ledger accounts.
Purchase Entries: Record and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense entries accurately.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate and dispatch accurate sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B. Prepare documentation for periodic Income Tax returns.
Payment Follow-ups: Monitor accounts receivable, track overdue invoices, and proactively communicate with clients to secure timely payments.
Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and customer ledger matching.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, with mandatory or highly preferred exposure working under a certified CA Firm. (Articleship or post-articleship experience is welcome).
Software Proficiency:



Hands-on experience with accounting software Marg or Tally Prime alongside strong skills in MS Excel.
Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of GST regulations, E-way bills, TDS provisions, and tax filing processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for qualified payment follow-ups and vendor coordination.
Attributes: High level of accuracy, robust organizational skills, and strict adherence to deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
