About Us:We are a fast-growing Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Interior Design firm based in Kochi. We are looking for talented, results-driven professionals to join our operations team immediately.

Position 1: Procurement OfficerResponsibilities & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the procurement lifecycle.

Handle vendor sourcing, enquiry floating, and maintaining vendor data.

Obtain quotations and prepare detailed commercial comparison sheets.

Negotiate effectively with suppliers on pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate logistics with the warehouse and finance teams.

Position 2: Procurement Executive (Billing & Accounts)

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Foundational experience handling procurement paperwork, billing, and accounts.





Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.

Coordinate accurate invoicing, verification, and documentation.

Strong cross-functional coordination with finance and operations departments.

General Qualifications:

Must have practical knowledge of the procurement lifecycle.

Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Candidates residing in or around Kochi are highly preferred.

Ability to join immediately is a strong advantage.
