We are looking for a dedicated and quality-driven Production Supervisor to oversee the shop-floor assembly and manufacturing line for premium aluminium windows, doors, and facade systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing factory workers, scheduling shop-floor lines, interpreting system designs, and executing flawless fabrication under stringent timelines.
Daily Shop-Floor Management: Allocate manpower, prioritize cutting lists, and manage the daily assembly of structural items including Unitized / Semi-Unitized Curtain Walls, Stick Glazing Systems, ACP Cladding, and Casement/Sliding Aluminium Windows.
Drawing Interpretation: Seamlessly read, interpret, and convert structural facade shop drawings and system cross-sections into accurate fabrication cutting sheets.
Machinery Supervision: Ensure optimal utilization and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-end production machinery (e.g., CNC milling routers, double-head cutting saws, end-milling machines,



and corner-crimping equipment).
Quality Assurance: Conduct strict cross-checks on routing depth, corner joins, profile alignments, and gasket insertions to minimize glass/aluminium wastage or rework.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor material stock levels (profiles, hardware, silicones, gaskets) and coordinate closely with the central procurement team.
Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, machine utilization charts, and labor efficiency metrics.

Required Technical Skills
Robust working knowledge of international or premium domestic architectural aluminium systems
In-depth understanding of glazing properties, anchoring systems, and hardware fixing mechanisms.
Familiarity with Production Planning & Control (PPC) cycles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
