Core Sales & Acquisition
Field & Open-Market Sourcing: Regularly map your assigned catchment area (typically a 20–25 km radius around your branch) to pitch gold loans to local shopkeepers, small business owners, and walk-ins.
Lead Generation & DSR Management: Log daily leads into the system, conduct cold-calling or field visits, and maintain a strict Daily Sale Report (DSR) tracking recent customer acquisitions.
Cross-Selling & Referrals: Convert walk-in inquiries and cross-sell related financial products (such as insurance, personal loans, or business loans) while building a robust referral chain.
Client Retention & Renewals: Proactively track existing loan portfolios and manage timely renewals to prevent client attrition or movement to competing NBFCs or banks
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
