Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock with finance records.
Implement and improve accounting controls, SOPs, and internal audit processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team while ensuring timely completion of all financial activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
12–15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience,



with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (ERP knowledge such as Zoho Books, SAP, or similar is an added advantage).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
