Key Responsibilities Oversee daily morning stock, cutting, packing, and billing. Dispatch delivery staff and ensure on-time home deliveries. Handle customer orders via phone, app, and WhatsApp. Run daily WhatsApp broadcasts, special offers, and local social media updates. Resolve customer queries and track stock/wastage. Requirements MBA Experience: 1+ years in retail, grocery, logistics, or sales (Freshers with positive communication may apply). Skills: Fluent Malayalam, basic English, smartphone/billing software skills. Good knowledge of Kozhikode local delivery routes. Benefits Fixed salary + performance incentives.
