Teacher Supervision & Development
Supervise and monitor teachers' classroom performance.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Organise teacher training sessions, workshops, and academic meetings.
Monitor teachers' lesson plans, notebooks, and academic documentation.
Identify training needs and support career development.
Student Academic Performance
Monitor students' academic progress and learning outcomes.
Analyse examination results and identify areas requiring improvement.
Coordinate remedial classes and enrichment programmes.
Ensure individual attention to students requiring additional academic support.
Academic Coordination
Coordinate with the Principal, Vice Principal, HODs, and class teachers.
Ensure smooth communication between academic departments.
Supervise the preparation of question papers, worksheets, and academic resources.
Monitor implementation of academic policies and school guidelines.




Parent & Staff Coordination
Address academic concerns raised by parents.
Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and academic discussions.
Ensure timely communication regarding student performance.
Maintain a qualified and collaborative relationship with staff and parents.
CBSE Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum and academic guidelines.
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor assessment records, teacher registers, and student progress reports.
Ensure timely submission of academic reports to management.
Ensure timely completion of the prescribed curriculum.
Monitor lesson plans, teaching schedules, and academic calendars.
Coordinate examination schedules, assessments, and result analysis.
Ensure effective implementation of creative teaching methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
