Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning, servicing, and upkeep of guest rooms as per hotel standards and SOPs.
Ensure proper bed-making, linen replacement, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization.
Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and room supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items promptly.
Public Area Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in corridors, lobbies, washrooms, and designated public areas.
Ensure housekeeping equipment, cleaning materials, and storage areas are properly maintained.
Follow scheduled deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
Guest Service & Satisfaction
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.
Maintain qualified grooming, etiquette, and guest interaction standards.
Ensure guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
Handle guest belongings and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
Linen, Laundry & Inventory Management
Ensure proper handling, collection, and distribution of linen and towels.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to supervisors.




Minimize wastage and ensure effective utilization of cleaning materials.
Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per prescribed guidelines.
Adhere to departmental SOPs, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
Report safety hazards and suspicious activities immediately.

Qualification & Experience
Education: 10+2 / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years in the Housekeeping Department of a hotel or resort.
Freshers with relevant hospitality education are welcome.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Positive communication skills and a guest-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
