Job Description: Site Supervisor – Civil Construction

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Education: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential flats, luxury villas, and premium hotel projects. The candidate should have robust site execution skills, the ability to manage construction labour, coordinate with contractors, and handle client interactions professionally while ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at residential, villa, and luxury hotel sites.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Manage construction labour, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure productive workforce utilization.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to construction standards and safety guidelines.
Monitor material usage, site inventory, and wastage control.
Handle client visits, site inspections,



and queries professionally.
Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and site-related documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions to avoid project delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
Experience handling residential flats, luxury villas, hotels, or premium construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, finishing work, and site execution.
Proven ability to manage construction labour, contractors, and daily site operations.
Good client-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong focus on quality, safety, timelines, and workmanship.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A hands-on professional with robust leadership skills, practical construction knowledge, and experience managing labour and client expectations at high-quality construction sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
