Role Description The QSR Manager role at Domino’s Pizza in Prayagraj is a full time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations. Qualifications
Experience in quick service restaurants or retail operations, including store management, shift leadership, or supervisory responsibilities.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming setting.
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and quality control standards in a QSR setting.
Ability to manage staffing, schedules, and team performance, including training and coaching team members.
Comfort with tracking daily sales, managing inventory, and supporting cost control and loss prevention.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.

Prior experience in Domino’s or similar QSR brands is preferred but not mandatory.
