Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Contact prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Commerce, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, CRM, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Compensation

Salary and incentives will be based on experience, skills, and company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
