Profile: Professor-Management

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (UGC/AICTE norms), of which at least 3 years should be at Associate Professor level or equivalent, including Ph.D. guidance
Exposure to handling executive programs / MDPs and consultancy (senior persons preferred)
Research background (1 or 2 persons with a research background are needed in the department)
Desirable: minimum 5 projects/consultancy assignments
Desirable: minimum 10 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) in addition to Ph.D. publications
Desirable: 5 international and 15 national presentations/participations

Roles:
Teach and mentor MBA/management students
Design and run executive programs and Management Development Programs (MDPs)
Take up consultancy assignments for industry
Lead research, publications and funded projects, and guide Ph.D. scholars
Take part in curriculum design and academic planning
Build links between the department and industry

Qualification:
Qualification and experience as per UGC and AICTE norms
Ph.D. in Management or a related field, with an MBA/PGDM
