Job Title: Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Staff

Job Summary

Hitech Academy is looking for a qualified and skilled EEE Staff member to train students in Electrical and Electronics Engineering concepts, electrical design software, and practical applications. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to provide practical training to engineering students.

Roles and Responsibilities
Teach core Electrical and Electronics Engineering subjects.
Provide practical training in electrical design and engineering software.
Train students in Electrical CAD (ECAD), AutoCAD Electrical, and related tools.
Explain electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, power systems, and electrical machines.
Provide training in PLC, SCADA, industrial automation, and control systems.
Guide students in academic projects, mini-projects, and final-year projects.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Conduct assessments and evaluate students' technical skills.




Support students in developing industry-relevant skills.
Maintain a qualified and student-friendly learning setting.

Required Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
Experience in electrical design software and practical applications is preferred.
Positive communication and teaching skills.
Ability to handle individual and group training sessions.

Experience
Freshers with solid technical knowledge may apply.
