We are looking for a energetic, target-oriented, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting real estate projects, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital leads.
Identify and engage potential customers interested in residential and commercial properties.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, property visits, and site inspections.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to facilitate deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
Keep up to date with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Prior experience in real estate, property sales, banking, insurance, or other sales-driven industries is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
