Role Description The Freelance AI Trainer will support the development and refinement of AI models by reviewing, labeling, and generating training data, as well as evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance. Responsibilities include following detailed guidelines, applying critical thinking to assess content quality, and providing structured feedback that helps improve AI performance across different domains.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training tasks with project objectives and adhering to data privacy and security standards. This is a temporary, in office role based in Delhi, India, requiring consistent presence at the designated SNVA Group facility for the duration of the assignment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to evaluate AI outputs, detect errors, and apply guidelines consistently.
Excellent written communication skills for creating, editing, and refining text-based training data in clear en_US language.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic data entry or content management systems.
Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Communications, or related fields) is preferred but not mandatory.
Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies; prior exposure to AI systems or data labeling is an advantage.
Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and respect for data confidentiality and security protocols.
