Role Description This is a full time, on-site TIG Welding role based in Vapi. The TIG Welder will prepare and set up welding equipment, select appropriate materials, and interpret technical drawings or work instructions. Daily responsibilities include performing TIG welding operations, inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, and completing basic finishing work as needed. The role also involves maintaining welding tools and machines, following safety protocols,



coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, and documenting work completed according to production requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust TIG Welding skills and a solid foundation in general Welding techniques.
Candidates should possess experience with Arc Welding and MIG Welding processes for varied project needs.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials used in welding, including properties, compatibility, and proper handling.
Relevant experience in an industrial or fabrication environment, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.
Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team on a production floor.
Vocational training, certification in welding, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
