Location: Kochi,Keralam,India

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries.
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as GPS equipment, theodolites, and total stations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to deliver accurate land assessments.
Research legal records,



survey records, and land titles to understand the context of a land area.
Supervise and manage field staff to ensure survey accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and present reports on survey results to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to land surveys.
Advise on land development and construction projects based on survey results.

Qualified Land Surveyor Qualifications & Skills
Skilled Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure.
Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
