We are looking for an experienced and responsible Travel Operations Executive to join our Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling domestic and international travel itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and managing day-to-day travel operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage domestic and international tour itineraries and travel packages.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport operators, and other travel suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
Handle hotel reservations, sightseeing arrangements, transfers, and other travel-related services.
Prepare tour quotations, costing, travel vouchers, and operational documents.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Follow up with suppliers and ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed on time.
Handle last-minute changes, operational issues, and customer requirements efficiently.
Maintain proper records of bookings, confirmations,



and travel documents.
Ensure smooth coordination before and during the execution of tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous work experience in a travel agency or tour operating company is mandatory.
Practical experience in preparing both domestic and international itineraries.
Knowledge of tour costing, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and supplier coordination.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and other basic office applications.
A responsible attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in travel operations and tour package handling will be given preference.
