Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for the US plant, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, PO management, and supplier follow-up.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
Drive cost reduction and value-engineering initiatives through negotiations, alternate sourcing, localization, and supplier development.
Develop and maintain spend analysis, supplier performance dashboards, and procurement reports.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, warranty, and other commercial conditions to maximize business value.

Qualifications & Experience
6–10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
Experience in international procurement and India–US supply chains will be an advantage.
Solid experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, sourcing, and vendor
Robust stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work across India and US time zones.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
