Role Description The Agricultural Engineer will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of agricultural systems and technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and optimizing irrigation layouts, developing and refining pest control strategies, and providing technical assistance to field teams and clients. The role involves conducting site assessments, preparing technical reports and drawings, and ensuring that solutions meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. The Agricultural Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise field implementation as needed,



and assist in training stakeholders on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Agricultural Engineering skills, including system design, field implementation, and problem-solving in farm settings.
Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation planning and optimization, with experience in designing efficient water management systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Pest Control strategies, including integrated pest management and safe application practices.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Assistance and Planning, including site assessments, project coordination, and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field.
Knowledge of local agricultural practices and regulations in India, especially in the Delhi region.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, use relevant engineering software, and analyze data for decision-making.
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office in diverse field conditions.
Prior experience in agricultural projects, farm advisory services, or engineering consulting is an advantage.
